Reuse your Body

a voice and body workshop

August 29, 2009, 2-5 p.m.

Vocal trio, Celestial Mechanics, will lead a three hour workshop on vocal and somatic improvisation. Adapting elements of Feldenkrais, Alexander, and contemplative listening and movement practices, we will discover how to reuse our body in healthy ways to explore sound and movement simultaneously. There is no musical/vocal or movement prerequisite. All are welcome.

Suggested donation of $20 for the workshop.
